I think this may be a good deal, but I didn't get to handle it, so I'm not 100% sure of the condition. It's worth a look if you are in Marietta. There is a little pawn shop on Powder Springs Rd/St just down the road from Sandtown Rd. It's just next to a check cashing place with a taco shop across the street. It's the next block down from the auto repair that got burned a couple weeks back. Most of the guns in there look like junk, but they had a Sig 229 (might have been a 228) that looked in good condition through the glass. It's not the one with the lazer, it's on the lower shelf in a case w/2 10 round mags. They were asking $650 before the 15% discount they are currently offering. If my math is right, that's about $585 after tax. Again, I didn't get to handle it, they were kind of busy and I was in a hurry. I think the price is right, even if you have to buy new magazines, but check before you head over there.
