Would this be an SBR?

Looks like a pistol brace to me. No SBR.
Yeah that is a cleverly designed brace that PSA made to look like a retro CAR15 style stock but still be legally a brace. I saw it a few weeks ago on Forgotten Weapons or maybe TFB TV when they were reviewing the PSA/ H&R reproduction DOE Colt 9mm clones.

Thanks, all!

To LUBYC, this was the exact concern I had; it looked an awful lot like am SBR even though it's a pistol and I saw an NFA disclaimer at the bottom of the page, too. Couple that with suppressors now being something PSA has forayed into, and I was gravely concerned about a $200 tax stamp waiting on the other side of my adding to cart.

Ya'll rock!

It's easy to get confused on that because the law is dumb.

If they (or you later) put this stock on it then it's an SBR subject to tax stamp and application process.

But with this "stabilizing blade" it's still a pistol

So basically the only difference is a little bit of plastic on the back.

Glad for whatever help I could provide. You should check out the videos and channels I mentioned in the post. Forgotten Weapons is good for nerding out on obscure guns from the past as well as some that never got off the ground. Mishaco the blind AK guy is another good deep dive type of channel. TFB TV is just plain funny while being informative.

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! Braces and suppressors do not need to be regulated, darn it.

And thank you for making me not feel like a total moron (no sarcasm at all in my saying that).
