I found some big pouches of Bear Creek dry soup mix on clearance today. Dry soup is an item that I am lacking in my food preps.
Mostly because I hate soup. Like really hate it. The brothy version of dishwater makes me gag. Gross.
But these looked like hearty potato based soups and chili's. So I gave one a shot and put it to the test tonight. I made it for dinner for me and my two boys tonight.
WOW this stuff is good!!!! I found it for what appears to be 50% off, and it has a great shelf life, so I am going back to stock up tomorrow.
Just wanted to share with the other soup haters.
$3 = 8 servings = 180 calories/ serving = 1,440 calories total.
