Wow glock customer service

Just left Glock Took my G21SF they whey went thru mine replaced springs. My brother in law took in His just bought G22 police trade in. For him they replaced all the springs the Slide stop and replaced the 3 worn out mags and threw in a new Clam shell Glock box. As well as the goodie bags we both got. WE WERE BOTH WOWED

It's in Smyrna, you can google exact location and not sure what you mean by free, but if you own a Glock, it's free for them to do a look over, replace worn out parts and sometimes throw in goodies, just depends. Glocks have lifetime guarantees, like alot of pistols. We are just fortunate to have the company in our state.

Yeah that seems to be the norm for them. I went there once with a worn out mag spring and they gave me 3 brand new hi-cap magazines, replaced my firing pin and extractor, and gave me a couple pens and stickers. They have the BEST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with, firearms or otherwise!
