Great, Have a 23 that I got used about 9 years ago and would like them to go through it. AND, would like to see the place!

take a right out on south cobb going towards 285, right on north highlands pkwy right after the arby's on south cobb, glock factory is on the right about 3 miles down, youll see a sign

Crap, all I got was a keychain, and a sticker.

Theres not much to see. You sit in a small waiting room, the Armorer meets you at the door. takes your info and payment (if your getting NS like i did) and you wait. Theres a cool video on the history of glock that plays.

Great service. They have earned my business.

good stuff. i heard some horror stories about them years back, glad to see its no longer true (that is if it was true to begin with)
