Yikes....good luck....I know that my father-in-law just got a foreclosed 1 acre lot on Frogtown Creek
...$62,000 and that was with a lot of negotiating.

I have 3/ 1+ acre lots for sale on Bean Creek in Sautee in White Co. near Unicoi State Park it is in the mountains so terrain is as such great location. All three lots have creek frontage
One is a ridge top lot with potential views. Already have a rough road into the property crossing the creek
