WTB - Beretta M9 (w/rail)

Looking for a Beretta 92a1 or M9a3... Basically an m9 with a rail.

I know Beretta offers a Blue Line for LEO and military, but haven't found a local shop in Atlanta that has them in stock.

Willing to buy used but not at full retail since I know eventually I can get one at Blue Line price.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Know any local Atlanta shops that have the Blue Line in stock?
