Ruger customer service sucks. They totally screwed me. My new ruger precision rifle fired out of battery on the 2nd round. After a month of them having my rifle I had to call in to find out what happened to it. But they had a note in the computer to only let me talk to one person named rob. I ended up sending the money in to get the new one and I specified I want the stock and handguard of the first rifle and was told ok. They mailed off my new rifle yesterday but no stock or handguard . After talking to the supervisor it's now there policy not to send parts back to the customer.
