I'm working on an inexpensive AR build and I'm in search of a 5.56 barrel. I would like to pay no more than $100 or trade for it. The barrel can be new to used, just not beat up. I have listed below what I'm looking for in the barrel as well items I can trade for it. Thanks.
Barrel:
5.56 capable (not .223 only)
16"-18", chrome lined
Mid length or Rifle length gas port
1:7 to 1:9 twist
Standard or HBAR thickness
Prefer not to have the M203 bottle neck", but not a big deal.
Trades:
LR-308 stripped upper (slick sided). Has high rail. Condition is good / very good.
Rifle length quad rail that matches LR-308 high rail upper. Same condition.
DPMS free float tube (plain tube). Came off original LR-308 setup. Same condition.
Rail section for top of JP Rifles VTAC modular 12" handguard. NIB.
