WTF Bass Pro?

People still shop at Bass Pro?
I live 5 minutes from Cabela's, er, I mean, Bass Pro Shop. I used to go there somewhat regularly, but after Bass Pro Shop bought them out, the entire store became less hunting, fishing, and outdoors and more "buy our overpriced apparel" and "sign up for a credit card," even more so than before.
The Gun Library now is just overpriced and a joke. Their ammo is sparse and overpriced. It's such a disappointment to see how far they've fallen, but when a corporation takes over a popular store, this is what happens.
Glad I've still got BWG in Canton to go to; bought my first gun and suppressor there!
Bass Pro parking lot is a good place to meet for ODT deals.

Same. Met a LEO from ODT who bought range ammo off me. Nice guy.
Yep. For fly stuff I prefer and go to the Fish Hawk. For other fishing items there's not many other choices.

I tore down the original Fish Hawk 15 years ago, or so. Does he still have his Sailfish?
yes. Over near the fly tying items. I don't know any names in there but some really nice people genuinely interested in helping a person in fly tying /fishing.
