dang. I blame their 16lb glock triggers. Im sure I could not hit the broad side of a barn with it either.
Computer theft is a felony, and if he used NCIC that is another felony. Violation if Oath of Office, violation of privacy laws. News this morning said that he actually met and had a lunch with one of the women, so I would assume that would constitute a "substantial step" to show intent/attempt.
