What in the hell did they pave some parts of highway 20 going to Canton with? Its like a brown loose gravel, cheap, crap pavement or something? Felt and sounded like I was driving down a dirt road off and on!

sounds like chirt they use it alot in Alabama.
They did the same thing up hwy 140 going to Waleska. They did a tar spray, sprinkled some "mix" then hit with the steam roller.
