Wtf is this connecting to Tacticalrepublic.com message at bottom of my screen every time i click on anything on the ODT?

i had the same problem last night, seems to be fine this morning

For a couple of days this week tactical republic was slowing this site down, at the same time it was slowing 1911 forum as well. I'm talking about a 6-7 second blank page on my fast 13gb cable modem, now that is slow.
I contacted Robert at 1911 forum, he concurred and eventually it went away but ODT and 1911 both had the same delay and both showed that tactical republic loading msg at the bottom of the page. Must be the weather something hanging from TR.
I figure this is intermittent and will show up at times when network traffic fluctuates coming out of TR.
