Anyone of any sex or race doing such a thing 55 or so years ago would have received harsh punishment... It is a shame that there is no respect taught to many these days... We all know, these are signs of times to come, and there are many like it to be found elsewhere on a regular basis... Be prepared my friends.... be prepared....
I have a flag in a presentation case on the top of my china cabinet,try and put your foot on that one asshole.
Wow.. I didn't see what the big deal was when he included Emit Till in his lyrics but, this is just disrespectful to every man and woman that fought and sometimes died for Flag.
Sums it up.
Lil Wayne is a buffoon and I expect as much from him. However, I feel it's right up there (or down there) with someone flying the U.S. Flag upside down because they're pissed off about some aspect of American Life. Personally, I find that disgusting especially when done by people who claim to be highly patriotic and claim to view the flag as sacred...except when they get pissed off, that is. Then it's to be flown or desecrated as they see fit. It was sickening to live in a military town and have troops returning from deployment only to see their neighbor's flag flying upside down...often by veterans themselves. Oh well, I guess if nothing else, the troops realized they had fought to preserve freedom of speech for all. I guess.
