If you are selling something, the buyer sends money FIRST, then you ship your item. If you're the buyer, you send your money first. That's just the way this internet thing works. You can hedge your bets some by getting contact info, checking feedback and friend lists, but there are NO guarantees about anything.
Having said that, there are several members here, that if they asked, I would send them something without being paid first. Their word would be enough for me.

Would not send anything to anyone without the money first! Period. Cannot understand why someone would react in a negative way to that. It is the way business is done on the internet. Buy something from GunBroker, GunsAmerica or another forum from someone out of state. It is ALWAYS money received, then product will be shipped. Heck I am on a lot of people's list on this site, and very few of those lists are what could be called a "Friends List". lol
