WTS West German SIG 226 factory nickel (Athens area)

Up for sale is my KA date code, triple serial number, West German nickel 226. It comes with the factory box, 2-15 round nickel mags, owner's manual, and the test target. It's in great shape with the only spot on it being a small mark from the takedown lever (common with the old style lever that is on guns of this vintage) that doesn't show up very well in the pictures. It also has the factory installed night sights on it but as you can imagine they are somewhere between VERY dim and dead. I've had this gun for approximately a year and a half and in that time I've only put about 100 rounds through it. The gun hasn't been shot much at all throughout it's life either. There are no "smilies" on the barrel at all. The only reason that I'm looking to sell it is because it does nothing other than sit in the safe. I'm asking for $850 shipped, payable via USPS money order only. I'll do FTF in NE Georgia (Athens area) for $825 with a photo ID and GA carry permit. This is listed in several places. The first person to email me with "I'll take it" is first in line.

Thanks everyone. I've had it listed on sigforum (and a few others) since the 11th. I've gotten a little interest in it, but nothing more. I figured it couldn't hurt to list it here too and see if something local works out.
