I suck at painting figures but it gives it scale.

Been awhile since I updated. After about a month or so of not being able to work on the diorama I went to move it and everything slid off the base and hit the floor. Catastrophe, so I set it aside and have been building some aero planes as a change of pace until I get motivated to repair it. I built this little 72 scale Sopwith Camel kit recently, still need to weather it and clean up it up a little. Nothing is square due to the molds being offset and me being to lazy to properly prep the parts. Im in the finishing stages of a 72 scale Bf109 also. can’t decide on a 1/32 scale 109g-6 or a 48 scale Me 262 next. First planes I’ve built in over 20 years.

I put projects aside all the time. It's best for me to think about it before repairing or rebuilding. I once had a Star Trek model sit on my bench for four years before I finally finished it.

I'm about to start on a winter project. The 1/72 scale "perfect grade" Millennium Falcon. It has almost 700 parts. Of course, I'll be designing my own lighting sytem with other mods along the way.
Although a bit smaller at 19 inches, this one is much more accurate than the last one I built.

The 60 page assembly manual is very detailed.

But I'll finish up this F22 before I go back into outer space.
