XDs......love it or leave it?

I'd like to hear some feedback from XDs owners. I've heard a lot of negative issues with this weapon but it sounds like the perfect cc. I want one but not not with issues...

What negative issues have you heard? I have had mine for about a month and love it, perfect CCW in my opinion.

Guy I shoot with just picked one up - he says it shoots great. i havent shot it nut it feels like a really nice CCW.

I have a xd v10 9mm and an xdm 40. Both are great pistols, don't remember a FTF with either. I was real disappointed in the XDM trigger initially, but a night of driving the wife crazy dry firing on the couch and it broke in nicely. I use them as EDC pistols.

Have 2...love them both. Edc is an xd40.

One of our Rangemasters purchased an XDs recently and he swears by Glock. He says the XDs is much better than the G36. Sorry, can't give any first hand, but thought this might help.

Maybe I should have written it "XDS" which is a single stack 45 acp. I've read about magazine not releasing issues, light strike FTF issues, and the slide not returning to full battery issues.

I'd like to try an XDs but my edc is an XD9c with TFO sights, Ilove it.
