To me...just my opinion....$350 new for the XDS 45 is not bad but I wouldn't pay $350 for a used one.

Honestly, I'd just go buy the new one. All of us that own them now and bought them a year+ ago paid a lot more then the current new price (which is a significant drop over previous pricing) so going to be hard to beat that price of $329.
Now that I think of it, most of us that paid more did get the Gear up promotion with the 3 extra mags, holster, mag pouch or range bag etc. so that kind of makes up the price difference if you think about it? Maybe that's why the price drop, they cut out that promotion. With mags alone @$40 each that's another $120 just in mags so add that to the $329 and that puts it more then I paid? Hum.

I bought mine new several years ago and im pretty sure i paid $400. I did get the regular junk hoster/mag carrier no one uses, but no range bag.
$40 a mag? I bought a few extra back then and dont remember them being anywhere near that much. Thats HK mag price lol. They're like $20 on Ebay.......
Yeah, I guess they are a little cheaper. I just googled them and they were $40 at academy so I didn't think there would be that much variation in price from that.
If you dig further you can find them cheaper by a few dollars. The 9 round mags still seem to be around $35+ range. There is a few listed cheaper on ebay but open for bids so not sure what they will sell for in the end? Ebay say's the trend is $34 for the open bid ones.
