Im a total newb here but my experience with the Sightmark Ultra Shot as cheap Eotech style reflex has been great. My friend has one as well and loves it as much as his Vortex Strikefire 1. I just picked up a Bushnell holo sight from a member here and he quickly mentioned that he also liked the Sightmark ultra as well. It's FOV is very similar to an Eotech buts it's an LED and not a laser diode. I own three eotechs myself and they are fantastic but I highly recommend the Ultra for the same type of FOV with reticle choice but cheaper. It has a lot a reviews on amazon and the like.

These look very enticing. And WAY cheaper than an Eotech. I may have to pick one of these up to check it out for myself.

had a burris reddot and scope and loved them both. Very accurate and good build quality and you can pick them up for very solid deals

Lol sounds good. My wife has the Vortex Sparc which is like a tube. I prefer a larger FOV though.

Vortex SPARC! I have the low end Aimpoint "PRO" and I really like it, but I bought a used SPARC from somebody on here and if I were to do it all again I may have just saved the extra couple hundred bucks and bought ammo or something. The SPARC seems like a great value, and its a nice size.
