In all seriousness I'm waiting on the landlord to bring the new one from Brunswick. Lord knows you ain't fittiin' to find a new water heater in Darien. Anyway we're looking to buy a place this year (finally) and after that it's all on me/us. We will have to start one of them Emergency Funds I keep hearing Dave Ramsey talking about. And that's probably a bare minimum of $1000.00. That's really gonna eat up all the beer and gun money.

One of the big insurance companies has a commercial with a guy asking his agent if his broken A/C unit is covered buy his home owners policy. Duh... Of course not. Then the agent goes into all the things they don't cover. I looked at my wife and said " He should have backed into it real hard with his car and then it would be covered."
