Why do I get this message when trying to leave feedback?

Good question. I get it sometimes trying to look at a post
This is a pain because I would like to leave good feedback for a buyer and can't.
Join what group? I just want to leave positive feedback about someone.
Is it just the one member or does it say that for everyone?
How come I am unable to leave positive feedback? I keep getting the same error message
It even does it on your profile. Not sure why
It's because you have no feedbacks yet from other people, new members must get one feedback from a current member before you can leave feedback. (Changed in an update earlier this year)
