No downed trees or loss of power in Henry. Left for work at 5am right in the middle of it. Enjoyed the 40mph tail wind. Bet I got 30mpg.

Is that tree in the water new? If so, great new fishing spot! Love the looks of that pond. I'm jelly.....
That tree fell about 5 years ago... Always has fish around it!
Awesome property...very peaceful. Great BBQ too....
Tree at the other end of the park from us. About a month ago they cut down a healthy pine a few feet away.
Woke up at 3:00 to whiz, couldn't go back to sleep. Heavy rain, wind started really picking up. Small limbs falling on roof and in yard. Backup power units started clicking pretty often around 4:30 so figured we’d eventually lose power. 5:15ish, lights went out. I always wait at least 2 hours before firing up the generator ‘cause Jackson EMC is so good about quickly restoring, so took a quick nap. Woke up at 8:15 to full power. Kudos, Jackson!
Few trees down in neighborhood (ah, the melody of chain saws in the morning), section of neighbor’s wooden fence, one of her small trees, and my reed fence are down.
All and all, Happy Valley once again skated.

For ONCE it was a southerly wind and I was actually hoping it would take out a few of my neighbor's trees that are precariously close to our bedroom (would have had them landing in an undeveloped flood plain) since the normal prevailing winds are bad news for us. No such luck.
