I have two thoughts on this. Why whenever something like this happens either somebody records it with a potato phone in the age of smartphones, or nobody gets it on camera, even though nearly everyone keeps a smartphone? And 2, why is the government suddenly so open to admitting **** is happening when they always denied it?
