5320.20

Have any of you had experience with these forms recently.

I submitted mine about a month ago and was denied because I am an idiot and put my name instead of my trust name on the application.

I called today and they said I can fax it over, so I did.

Any ideas on how long that will take? I had plans to travel on 5/20 and I don't think that is going to happen.

The EXTREMELY NICE people at the branch said Terry W. handles all of this, not sure if anyone knows this Terry person.

Had something similar happen to me. I goofed on the dates.

They allowed me to scan them a fixed copy. Had it about a week later if I remember correctly.

I would just confirm that they received the corrected copy.

Should be about two weeks or so...and I don't know who "Terry W." is but he's the one that's signed all my 5320's.
