Hey all trying to find the best finish or oil to use to get as close to the wi chester finish as possible on this 250 stock set amy recommendations still need to finish sanding but wanted to leave some original for refrence

I did a Remington 1100 a few years ago with linseed oil and using a video I found on YouTube. Sorry pictures are not real good.

Lots of ways to finish wood stocks.
If you want a glossy plastic looking finish, spray or brush a one part poly, or spray a two part urethane. Or if you really want to go super glossy, you can varnish it, will look like glass.
Medium glossy - wipe on finish like Minwax Antique Oil, or any poly/oil blend. These are super easy to use, and easily re-applied when you want more finish/protection
Least glossy - wipe on an oil finish
