Item Description: This is a 66" Howard Hill Wapiti (Wesley Special with an extra lam on the back, six total lams). It is 58# @ 27" and it is in great condition (very few tiny scratches). Purchased from HH new in Feb.
It has a cocobolo handle, 5 lams of bamboo with 1 lam of bocote on the back, clear glass on both sides with a satin finish. A dark brown cowhide on the handle. Tips have inserts. Has about 1/2" of backset.
It comes with two strings (one hasn't been shot) made by Josh Sowerby in May, D-97 12-strand padded to 14, Brown/yellow with .030 Brown Halo.
This bow is gorgeous, but it's a tad on the heavy side for me, and I shoot recurves better.
