Item Description: Serbian m70b1 from zastava factory using all new us compliance parts.(barrel, stock, etc) Heavy duty 1.5mm thick RPK receiver and also has grenade sights with gas cutoff has texas weapons systems flat top low profile return to zero rail. also hogue overmoled handgrip and forend that can accept rail pieces as well. . asking $750.00 or also trade for nice mini 30

Incorrect. These are not Zastava factory built. They're made from US surplus receivers kits and most likely new barrels (non chromelined). Also, it has a bayonet lug, so it's not imported. 922r specifies all imported AK's must not have bayonets (that's why you don't see them on NPAPs and OPAPs).

These are nice guns and this is a cool setup for someone, but Jugo is right, they have U.S barrels. Likely from Green Mountain.
