It's in pretty decent shape the finish is in good shape on the barrel it does show some wear on the reciever but that's to be expected on an older gun like this.
It's just a fun old gun especially with the lever.

Great older shotgun. My son’s first 12guage shotgun was one of these. As Dad, I liked the fact that seeing him and hearing him work the lever in order to reload helped me keep up with whether he had a loaded gun or not. With one round in the chamber and two additional rounds in his left front pocket, he was quite the rabbit terrorizer.

I'll have to measure it was cut down last year and I don't remember what length I had it cut to
