Is it a rifle scope? Can you mount it on a rifle rail?

Yes it will mount to a standard picatinny rail. It's more of a reflex sight (like a red dot) but thermal. It has 1x and 2x zoom, a bunch of different color modes, including white hot, and black hot. Multiple reticle options, including the ability to upload your own. Can take pictures as well. It's waterproof, impact resistant, and covered by SIG's infinite guarantee, so if you drop it out of a deer stand, or it malfunctions, etc, it's covered!
