There are two choices in n the drop down -

"PAP M85 NP" and "PAPM85NP".

I chose the former. I guess I chose wrong.

Refiled 1/28/16 and contacted examiner Jason Bowers. Left a voice mail.

I don't think so. There were two right answers to choose from. I picked the closest. I think they're playing games.

Nah I dont think they were playing games at all. I think that might be an individual examiner preference type issue. But just assume for argument stake that there was only 1 choice. You would have gotten approved back in January which is a tad over 4 months. Not bad.

Unfortunately for me though that means my MP5K won't get approved until like June.

I agree on the preference, heard people getting denied for the wrong thing on scorpion evos and others getting a note saying you filled it out wrong but I fixed it for you, with no delay.
