SBR question?

Hey guys, I havent kept up with all the rules on sbr’s. If you add a retractable stock to an sp5 or a Vectors 53, does that constitute a sbr?

If the barrel is less than 16", then yes.

Yes.....Form 1's are running pretty quick lately ( my last one was about 4 weeks) In order to be compliant with the law (ei 922r) you would also need to have to have the minimum number of foreign parts in the SBR, but many people feel that it is virtually unenforceable.

This is why people loved braces.. Pistols do not have to be 922r compliant..

I have an HK94 SBR , its a great gun. I like the A2 Stock better but the A3 wins the cool factor.

I just got mine a few days ago. It took 178 days. The one I got a few years ago was much quicker.

Dammit man. Why must you force me to google words?! Looked it up. Yes - definitely repugnant.

I'm currently at 158 days for an eform 1 individual. I'm not happy with that. I expected 90 days max. Repugnant is one word for this.
