Holy cow… what happened to the processing times??!!!!
my last form 1 was a trust e-file, about 6-7 moths ago .. it was less than 4 weeks, from submission to approval… I did mine through the silencer shop service for $50 ( on top of the $200 stamp).

SP5 is imported. You need to add 6 USA made parts.

You are correct, I have a Vector 53 clone pistol. the receiver (hence the firearm) is made in the US. It is actually well made and works well. I have not SBR'd it though. I have a sear pack, so as long as the sear is in the gun, its a machine gun so no need to SBR, when I remove the pack, i put it back into a pistol configuration.
The ATF stated in the pistol brace rule that 922r compliance was on the importer and not the individual submitting a form 1.
Everything with the ATF is repugnant
