just tell one of her friends (that can't keep a secret) that she is pregnant. Tell her y'all are not telling anyone and the rumor will spread like wild fire. When her friends are dropping hint about her pregnancy she will go on a diet

It's the perfect plan. My wife has lost 4lbs already
