South Carolina is a must inform LEO... So, should
I just walk up to every LEO I see and say "hey I'm packing'"? What if someone else is driving and gets stopped? Do I try and pass him my permit with the drivers license, or wait my turn to talk? Never had to inform LEO before. any had to do this before? Seem like it could be a hassle...
