Watch out for any medical questions that ask if you have a gun in your home, that is going to be the back way in to say you are unfit to have a weapon.

PTSD, High Anxiety, Anti Depressants, Etc....All will be trigger points.

I'd like to see the WHOLE letter. The indicated phrase “A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition. If you knowingly violate any of these prohibitions, you may be fined, imprisoned, or both pursuant to the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, Pub.L.No. 103-159, as implemented at 18, United States Code 924(a)(2).”seems to imply that a decision has not been made nor even that a determinate factor is soluble. Sounds like a bunch of "IF"s.

your case probably needed to be seen by multiple doctors before they send out the letter. HA!
BTW, this is just more horse crap the gov't is trying to unload.

That's old, and obviously they don't have the "man power" to enforce it either.
I'm all for it BTW, crazy ppl. don't need guns.
