I've seen blanks with Yellow tips. Can you post a picture of the head stamp?

I think that’s a starburst, incendiary ammo. Should have it imbedded in the copper bullet. Shoot one, when it hits you should know.
Green tip should be lap. Take a magnet to it and see if it sticks.

93 Unknown Factory, North Korea 13 ..this comes from head stamp codes. Or 93 could be year And still comes from unknown factory.

The top number indicates the number of the factory that produced the ammunition. The bottom number gives the year of production.

I was thinking of the yellow plastic Finnish blanks; most blanks are crimped although those plastic ones were not. I think the others may be right. The head stamp seems to line up w/ Chinese and may be tracers.
