That’s probably not it. The same thing happened to me. My Mom had drawn up her will so long ago that the judge asked that I track down the witness who signed the will and secure her affidavit. And I was the Executor and sole heir, and to boot, I’ve known the judge all my life! The deceased can...
You have received some great advice here. Your challenge is to sort out which of that advice applies to you. Throughout the thread, as we’ve learned more about you, it seems you are not as lost as your initial post would indicate. You aren’t going through anything that most everyone here has.
My...
If you are going to be in Dawsonville anyway, you should show them a real Georgia store.
Country Folks Superstore in Cumming. Where else can a person buy boots and jeans, Southern Point ladies wear, local cheese and jellies, dog, horse, and fish food (for ponds, not aquariums), firearms and...
Skeet has more crossing shots, whereas the clays in Trap are moving away from the shooter. Some fly directly away (which really pisses me off to miss), some go left and some right, but always away.
The guys I shoot with use at least 30" barrels, and one uses a 34", all trap specific models...
The SBE II is great. We used 5s and 6s, but I read an article that said 7 is the best pheasant load. That's 7, not 7.5. Fiocchi is one of the few that make these. Seems like they call it Golden Pheasant, or something similar.
If you don't mind me asking, which lodge are you visiting?
I've been several times and have never paid parking, but was always out in less than 4 hours.
I also believe parking is comped if you spend over $50 in The Battery.
Concealed carry is not a problem.
I thought Wahlburgers was pretty good, but had the Sloppy Joe, which was recommended by the...
I don't like the cc fee, but as long as it's upfront, which it is, it's my decision. The help is not too bad...like the lady who goes around handing out little copies of the US Constitution.
My problem is that it takes 45 min to get out of there after I tell them I want the gun. I've bought...
.30-30 and .30-06 just because ammo is plentiful and somewhat reasonable. You're on your own with the other 2. I'd say the slug gun, but you said you have numerous other guns and don't really need it.
Great price and totally amazing to get out that quickly. If it were not for the deals they have occasionally, I'd never set foot in there. I thought 45 minutes was the minimum.
Everyone should own a 1911 chambered in .45 ACP. Other calibers are acceptable as long as you already have a .45 in the stable.
As far as carry size, I'm still sorting that out, but will say I like the Shield better than the XDS.
Iconic that everyone should recognize...other calibers are ok, but these are the iconic ones for the respective weapons. As someone said earlier, even non-gun folks should recognize these.
