yeah i expected a little bit more of a deal. for someone building an immediate .308 you can do better. i was going to buy one of stripped lowers for the low SN and just to have in the future years (no plans for a 308 anytime soon) but shipping is 17 bucks. no thanks, for now.

if all you shoot is brass cased ammo i would except 15k life on a rough estimate.
if you shoot steel keep an eye on it.
but CHF is the way to go. my oldest AR has about 3k through it and shoots like the day i bought it (it is not CHF).
