Ah, my Mosin collecting is rusty. I have a 1944 Tikka built on a 1906 hex but I see you did say it's not been refurbed. GLWS, that's a rifle with character.
The receiver date is under the tang near the rear attaching bolt, you'd have to take off the stock to see it, the Finns reused a lot of old Russian receivers when they re-arsenaled their Mosins so it's possible to find a pre-1900 receiver. I just enjoy seeing what's out there and hope to add my...
I have one with a higher serial # but built on a similar Imperial Russian receiver dated 1906, I wonder what year that one is, just curious though, glws. :)

It could be an ex-sniper, with the mounting holes in the receiver filled in and a standard bolt in place of the original bent one, but originally yes, due to the way the bolt and scope fit it would have to have a bent bolt handle.
ETA - The upper hand guard and barrel bands should be slid back...
