I used to lust after one of these something fierce back in the day... there was nothing
quite like them! Of course, back then, I had no money...
You wouldn't happen to have more than 1 magazine, would you?
John
Says made in Oberndorf (Germany) on slide, FWIW.
You might want to post a pic of the Police acceptance stamp.
Is the magazine serial numbered to the pistol?
Thanks,
John
Unsolicited tip: As a serious rifle silhouette shooter in my youth, these were highly respected as
super-accurate, being capable of winning the Nationals out of the box. Great adjustable triggers, too!
(Of course, that was when "Light Rifle" category max weight was only 7.5 lbs...) :)
Good...
My pleasure! FWIW, providing a detailed description of the condition of the
bore and crown could help your potential buyers decide to take the plunge...
:)

These are really sweet rifles!! Someone did a nice job on it.
Everyone should at least experience a Krag!!
For your reference, all original Krag carbines came without a rear sling swivel, so if you
see one, its' not original.
Good luck with sale!

Here's a very quick pic of the modern version of my Dad's half-whittler that I've been carrying for maybe 6 months. It's an astonishingly nice design, with blades that sharpen very easily, and it's very slim, due to only 1 back spring. It disappears in the pocket until you are ready to use it...
