Just got my first Benchmade. An Automatic Triage 9170BK
I wanted something a little smaller than my Southern Grind Bad Monkey and this was a good chance to pick up an auto.
Good grief, in the Late 90's I had a Uniden HR 2510 with a Palomar 200 on PDL II's. Traded the 2510 for an RCI Ranger 2950. Sold everything though when I moved to Georgia 15 years ago. I still have a couple straight 40 channel AMs on a shelf in the basement but that is it other than my 2 meter...
I started a big pot of potato soup yesterday about noon. Had it for late lunch and dinner!
10 pounds of potatoes, some celery & onion all chopped up ready to cook.
Final product, added some thick cut bacon, cheese & ground black pepper.
Took me 2 1/2 hours to go the 23 miles from my office off camp creek to the south side of Douglasville. Would have been quicker had it not been for the people that wanted to stop and stare at the icy road rather than just drive! My wife on the other hand left Windy Hill area yesterday at 4:00...
OK, so it looks like I will be taking up hunting again soon. I come from Indiana where it was shotgun slug only for deer. I would like to pick up a rifle this winter/spring but am curious as to opinions on caliber? A couple friends of mine use 7mm mag, but that almost seems like overkill...
I have a Case XX Florist's knife. Anybody have any idea on value? I know I never see them, not even when I was at Smokey Mountain Knife Works. It's yellow handled with a sheeps foot blade half the length of the handle. I've had it for about 15 years I guess.

We stopped by. Got here at 3:00 PM and there were close to 100 people lined up to get in. Once inside you barely had room to move around, let alone look at anything. I think the one that caught my attention was the plain old Chinese SKS I saw priced at $500. And it didn't even have one of...
A friend of mine is trying to get his wife into shooting. She has agreed to a .22 for starters and like the feel of the P22. What can you guys share with me about it? She also liked the Sig Mosquito but I have seen several posts about it being ammo picky.
Enjoy our 21! I've had mine since about 2002 and it has never failed. I don't carry it, I have a 30 for that,
but in a pinch I wouldn't hesitate to strap it on. It usually resides by the bed.
There is Advanced Bullets outdoor range in Temple. I think it is only a couple miles south of I-20. Exit number 19. They have 10, 25, 50 & 100 yd lanes.
Licensed as tech in 1995, learned code and upgraded to tech plus in '96 and just situated there. Haven't been active on the air since I moved down here from Indiana but still have a couple VHF/UHF rigs. I BEVER hear any activity on the Douglasville repeater.
Trappistes Rochefort. A very nice Belgian. There are 3 grades, I prefer the 10. I think it comes in at 11.3%. Very full flavor. Runs about 5.99 a bottle at Hop City and Beverage World.
