  1. Group Purchase Opportunity for a Community in Panama – Interest Check

    No thanks. G44L doesn't forget.
  2. Couples and Families to Plan and Prep together

Very nice. I would suggest raising your bottom shelves to a minimum of 6 inches off the floor for any food item and water is food. The rain water collection is a good idea. I'd also look into a shallow well and hand pump if possible. Also noticed a few Mason jars. We can some, and my...

  5. Body Armor

Going to need a budget... Cheapest I'd go is Shellback Tactical. It's generally considered the lowest acceptable. They sell kits that fit a budget. I would get Lv4 plates if you can. HighCom armor and a LBT 6094 is my current kit. There is better out there, but it's pretty damn good.
  6. Freeze Dried Meals

MRE are great when in a hurry or potable water is in question. Freeze dried meals do taste better and tend to be healthier for you. The long term storage is a giant plus as well. I have several different brands of freeze dried meals bought through out the years. But if I had to do it all...

You should buy MY ammo too...
  8. Tourniquets?

If you don't know how to use it, it does you no good. It's simple enough but a waste if you don't. I keep this kit plus a CAT on me when hiking/hunting/outdoors. Adventure Medical Kits Trauma Pak with QuikClot...
  9. Tourniquets?

It gets expensive quick. I have found rotating the re supply ( having expired products expire on different years) the best way to minimize cost. Good news is though, usually buying for 8 kits Triggers a discount online some times. Also, Galls has a wear house in Atlanta, so shipping is...
  10. Tourniquets?

I'm TCCC certified myself and have been for the better part of a decade. Also been redcross first aid/CPR/AED certified for twice as long... I've used NAR gear to save lives, it works. It's larger then most others but it simply works and the fact that it has a plastic windlass doesn't mean...
  11. Tourniquets?

I prefer NAR ones however they have plastic windlass. If you sign up on NAR website, you will get discounts emailed to you pretty frequently that are 25% off. Also, when ordering medical gear, Galls and LAPD are my go to when not ordering straight from the manufacturer. Amazon sells...
  12. Propane/multifuel generators

I have this, since 2019, has maybe 40 hours on it, through gas. Works great.
  13. Basic trauma kit contents?

That's my blow out kit: It's on the bottom of a Hailey Strategic rig.
  14. must have for SHTF with a newborn

One of the biggest things to learn is, what you expect to work, might not and what works for me, might not work for you!
  15. must have for SHTF with a newborn

    O, and congratulations!
  16. must have for SHTF with a newborn

This times a MILLION. My daughter is 15 months old. It's all fresh/still happening. If it's a SHTF category, condensed and dehydrated milk for long term. Always keep my standard formula in hand then you need for a month, if not longer if you can. Amazon has good prices on cloth diapers...
  17. What brand of long term food storage do you use?
