I guess my piece of titanium tube, from McMaster Carr, is a silencer part. I've thought about it being part of a supressor, therefore I have intent. Nuts!
Interesting in light of all form 1 supressors being killed today. My tube stock, that I intend to thread, is apparently already a silencer, so I can't form 1 it.

As long as you don't plan to stay and have a friendly destination, you can drive through unfriendly states. FOPA legally protects you. You may beat the rap, but may still get a ride.

5320 is required when transporting NFA items that are not supressors outside your state of residence. You could fill out a blanket 5320 for a year in your scenario.

I Form 1ed an SBR in June 2019. When I filed that, I used a 24 Month Exemption letter from a can approved in 2018. Can I do the same thing again, referencing the 2019 Form 1?
Atf makes no difference between trusts and individuals, other than all responsible partys being printed/photographed. I took a selfie after running 6 miles. I look wonderful.
You also need to send a letter to CLEO. I copied what silencer shop does and mailed it to Chris Carr, AG for the state.
