    5320 is required when transporting NFA items that are not supressors outside your state of residence. You could fill out a blanket 5320 for a year in your scenario.

    I Form 1ed an SBR in June 2019. When I filed that, I used a 24 Month Exemption letter from a can approved in 2018. Can I do the same thing again, referencing the 2019 Form 1?

    Atf makes no difference between trusts and individuals, other than all responsible partys being printed/photographed. I took a selfie after running 6 miles. I look wonderful. You also need to send a letter to CLEO. I copied what silencer shop does and mailed it to Chris Carr, AG for the state.

    You can get cards from ATF for free. I ordered an ink pad from amazon. Took a few practice cards, but you can do it at home.
