    I was digging through my shop yesterday and found a 12 volt power supply, I think it was a 10 amp if anybody wants it they can have it .Not the prettiest or best but it works. I used it to power a old midland mobile I had at the shop. Thought the radio was around too, if I find it it can go with it.

    I haven't owned a cb in years, so maybe my memory is slipping on all the ins and outs work as far as amps and swrs . A good antenna is key ,especially if you run a base station . Something like 30 feet or so is optimum height from what I remember.

    Not really. Just get an amplifier to put behind it, not that I have ever used an amplifier on a cb radio.

    If you want to drop your radio off and let some dude in a storage shed located in a truck stop parking lot keep it for weeks and never touch it.. Wolfman is your guy.

    Just build a base antenna . It's pretty cool when you hear skip from Italy on two $12.00 aluminum paint poles you screwed together!
