I’ve also got some stuff outside . Some ropes for climbing as well as ladders and a trail in backyard with some heavy bags in trees. Like to do a lot of functional fitness, combat strength training, etc

Body weight exercises are GREAT! For quicker muscle build and increase in stamina use weighted vests. I do all my workouts which include pull ups and push ups in addition to mma inspired drills with weighted vests. When you cant do anymore with vests...start shedding weight vests and once you...
