  5. What to bring vs. Hogs and maybe bears

    I'm an avid hiker, and I have encountered a black bear twice in my life. Both times they ran away as fast as they could. I always carry, but mainly for 2 legged predators (not including Sasquatch lol). The only time I've heard of them causing a problem is a female with cubs, or food in the area.
