    Have you ever watched what you thought was a deer, ready to shoot at daylight and realized it was a stump?

    I would rather enjoy the hunt without worrying about something happing that required you to show a license. While you are at go ahead and buy a lifetime one and be done with it. I don't know if you then move out of GA you can still use it.
