I shot this buck last night at 5:50 PM after being the stand for only 20 minutes. This is the nicest buck I have ever killed with a muzzle loader. Live weight was 181.5 pounds. I hunted the star I shot him from on a last minute decision.
I will be out there in the morning. What got me into muzzle loading is the fact that my son can use a center fire rifle until he is 16. It gets him out a week early and gives him a better chance at shooting a deer.
