Sounds too good to be true. I looked at their website and it says they take credit cards. Usually the scam sites only use paypal or some other form but not a credit card.
It could be something as simple as your index return spring (22 on the diagram) or your ring indexer (20). Can you post a video concentrating on the bottom of the platform?
Without seeing them, what you are describing is that your die is set too deep. Screw it down until is touches the case mouth, then move the round. Screw the die down in increments of 1/8 turn, crimp, then repeat until it looks right.

Hornady doesn't show a 7mm 130 grain SST. The load for a 139 SST for IMR 4350 is 39.5-46.5 grains, so your load of 43 grains is good there. Could it be that the twist on that short barreled rifle is too slow to stabilize that bullet? Call Hornady, they will help. 1 (800) 338-3220
